But you be you and get your favorite can of tuna. Our Avocado and Lime Tuna Salad has no mayonnaise. Just delicious options thrown in from the vegetables from the Refreshing quinoa salad, I had already chopped.

The recipe for our Avocado and Lime Salad:




Can of tuna -drain the oil

1/2 tablespoon of red onion already chopped from the Refreshing Quinoa Salad

1/2 teaspoon of chopped jalapeno [more if you like it hot,

1/2 of an avocado - small pieces - when mixing it will become creamy and you won't need that texture from mayonnaise

salt and pepper

McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning Get it at Amazon.com

Squeeze of 1/2 lime


Mix well and make a wrap, put it on crackers, or a sandwich for your husband who wants mayonnaise on the bread.
